Neil Lawrence 

When you’ve done the hard mahi as General Manager of a large motor industry company, like Neil has, you gain an edge in understanding the day-to-day challenges of running a business. He has a range of chartered accountancy experience and brings a sharp eye to accuracy and detail, with specialty interests in compliance, tax, business advice across building and construction, manufacturing, farming, engineering and, of course, the motor industry.

Perhaps that pursuit of accuracy and detail has dared him to exceed in a raft of adrenalin-inducing activities. In the summer, he is swinging a mallet from atop one of his polo ponies, in a game where both ball and pony travel at speed. Come winter, Neil works feverishly at the gym to ready himself for natural body building competitions – no steroids or artificial enhancers in this game.

He’s also spent years flying all sorts of planes, including Tiger Moths and other small aircraft, towing gliders and serving as a director of a flight training academy.
